Common Linux Commands on Various Distros

One of the hardest parts of learning how to use Linux is that each distribution does things a little differently. You might know how to set up a network interface in Ubuntu 16.04, but that won't help you much when you try to do the same thing in Fedora (or Ubuntu 18.04 for that matter). This is a very rudimentary attempt to solve that problem.

NOTE: Commands will be followed by distro version numbers in parantheses. These indicate the versions I have tested the command on. Other versions may also support the command, but I haven't tested.
